Sales Director IP&E (Interconnect, Passive & Electromechanical)

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Sales Director IP&E (Interconnect, Passive & Electromechanical) to join the Arrow Electronics team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the IP&E sales field, a passion for driving growth, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers.The Sales Director IP&E will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize profits and growth opportunities in the IP&E market. This role will oversee the sales team and create sales performance plans to ensure that the team is meeting its goals. The successful candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Qualifications for this role include a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, at least five years of experience in sales management, and a comprehensive understanding of IP&E sales and the IP&E market. Experience working in the electronics industry is also preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize profits and growth opportunities in the IP&E market.
2. Oversee the sales team and create sales performance plans to ensure the team is meeting their goals.
3. Establish and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
4. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities.
5. Develop and implement training programs for sales team members to ensure they have the latest knowledge and skills.
6. Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
7. Monitor competitor activities and pricing and adjust strategies accordingly.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
9. Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on sales performance.
