- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the execution of various projects within the On Ramp program
- Develop and maintain project timelines, deliverables, and resources
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or roadblocks
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and provide regular status reports
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans and strategies
- Research and analyze market trends and industry developments to inform project decisions
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure project objectives are met
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and solutions to project challenges
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the On Ramp program
- Act as a mentor and resource for interns and new hires participating in the program
- Represent Arrow Electronics and the On Ramp program at industry events and conferences.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or Related Field.
Prior Experience In Project Management Or Project Coordination Role.
Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills.
