  1. Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals to optimize supply chain processes and drive efficiency in the global supply chain operations of the company.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for improving supply chain performance and meeting business goals.
  3. Monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to address them.
  4. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient flow of goods and materials.
  5. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues in the supply chain, and develop contingency plans.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  7. Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in logistics and supply chain management.
  8. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve supply chain processes.
  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  10. Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement technology solutions to enhance supply chain processes.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the supply chain operations.
  12. Manage and monitor logistics budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and identify areas for cost savings.
  13. Represent the company in negotiations with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  14. Handle any escalated issues or conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  15. Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in the supply chain operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Logistics, Supply Chain, Or Operations Management.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Logistics And Supply Chain Processes, Including Transportation, Warehousing, And Inventory Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Lead A Team Effectively.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office And Logistics Software Systems, With The Ability To Quickly Learn New Technology And Systems.
