In this role, you will play a critical role in managing the flow of goods and materials, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and maintaining efficient logistics operations.   1. Manage the flow of goods and materials: Responsible for overseeing the transportation, storage, and distribution of goods and materials within the company.
  2. Ensure accurate inventory levels: Regularly monitor and track inventory levels to ensure accuracy and prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
  3. Maintain efficient logistics operations: Implement and maintain processes and procedures to ensure the timely and efficient movement of goods and materials through the supply chain.
  4. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
  5. Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies: Conduct regular audits and investigate any discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records.
  6. Develop and implement inventory control strategies: Utilize data and analytics to develop and implement strategies for improving inventory management and control.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with other departments such as purchasing, sales, and operations to ensure alignment and efficiency in logistics and inventory management.
  8. Monitor and analyze logistics performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  9. Train and mentor team members: Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices: Continuously research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement and implement new processes and technologies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Logistics And Inventory Control, Preferably In A Distribution Or Manufacturing Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Inventory Management Systems And Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Inventory Discrepancies And Logistics Issues.

  • Proven Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Suppliers, Warehouse Staff, And Sales Personnel.
