Job Description

At Arrow Electronics, we are looking for an Industrial Engineer who can help us optimize our production processes and create better efficiency and cost-effectiveness in our operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of engineering principles. We are looking for an individual who is highly organized and can work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that the production process meets the highest standards. Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze existing production processes to identify areas of inefficiency and cost-ineffectiveness, and develop plans for improvement.
  2. Develop and implement new processes to improve production efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  3. Create and maintain detailed documents for all production processes, including instructions, diagrams, and flowcharts.
  4. Monitor production performance, quality, and safety, and take corrective action as needed.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all processes meet standards.
  6. Identify and implement new technologies to improve production processes.
  7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
  8. Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support.
