- Conduct thorough analysis of current compensation and benefits practices within the organization and make recommendations for improvement
- Develop and implement effective compensation and benefits strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives
- Monitor market trends and industry best practices to ensure the organization's compensation and benefits packages remain competitive and attractive to top talent
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation and benefits, including salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits enrollment
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies related to compensation and benefits
- Communicate with employees at all levels to educate them on the organization's compensation and benefits programs and address any inquiries or concerns
- Provide guidance and support to managers and HR partners on compensation and benefits-related matters, including job evaluations, salary adjustments, and benefits options
- Participate in salary surveys and benchmarking studies to gather market data and inform decision-making processes
- Develop and maintain compensation and benefits-related policies, procedures, and documentation
- Continuously evaluate and improve compensation and benefits processes to streamline operations and enhance employee experience.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Compensation And Benefits Analysis, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws Regarding Compensation And Benefits.
Excellent Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Informed Recommendations.
Experience With Hris And/Or Compensation Management Software.
