• Conduct thorough analysis of current compensation and benefits practices within the organization and make recommendations for improvement
• Develop and implement effective compensation and benefits strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives
• Monitor market trends and industry best practices to ensure the organization's compensation and benefits packages remain competitive and attractive to top talent
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation and benefits, including salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits enrollment
