
Program Coordinator Senior, Tribal Youth College & Career Preparation

- Develop and implement programs that support the educational and career goals of Native American youth.
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the Tribal Youth College & Career Preparation program.
- Collaborate with tribal communities to ensure culturally-sensitive and relevant programming.
- Conduct regular needs assessments and evaluations to determine the effectiveness of the program.
- Create and maintain partnerships with local schools, organizations, and businesses to provide resources and opportunities for students.
- Manage program budget and ensure proper allocation of funds.
- Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers.
- Monitor student progress and provide individualized support and guidance as needed.
- Plan and execute events, workshops, and activities to promote academic success and career readiness.
- Collect and maintain accurate data and records for program reporting purposes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with tribal leaders and key stakeholders to garner support and promote the program.
- Stay updated on current issues and trends related to Native American education and career readiness.
- Serve as a liaison between the program and other departments within the university.
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to promote the program and its impact.
- Uphold the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the program.
Bachelor's Degree In Education, Social Work, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working With Native American Youth And/Or In A Tribal Community.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Tribal Culture, Traditions, And Educational Systems.
Experience In Program Coordination, Development, And Evaluation.
