  1. Develop and implement programs that support the educational and career goals of Native American youth.
  2. Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the Tribal Youth College & Career Preparation program.
  3. Collaborate with tribal communities to ensure culturally-sensitive and relevant programming.
  4. Conduct regular needs assessments and evaluations to determine the effectiveness of the program.
  5. Create and maintain partnerships with local schools, organizations, and businesses to provide resources and opportunities for students.
  6. Manage program budget and ensure proper allocation of funds.
  7. Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers.
  8. Monitor student progress and provide individualized support and guidance as needed.
  9. Plan and execute events, workshops, and activities to promote academic success and career readiness.
  10. Collect and maintain accurate data and records for program reporting purposes.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with tribal leaders and key stakeholders to garner support and promote the program.
  12. Stay updated on current issues and trends related to Native American education and career readiness.
  13. Serve as a liaison between the program and other departments within the university.
  14. Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to promote the program and its impact.
  15. Uphold the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the program.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Education, Social Work, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working With Native American Youth And/Or In A Tribal Community.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Tribal Culture, Traditions, And Educational Systems.

  • Experience In Program Coordination, Development, And Evaluation.

  • Strong Communication, Leadership, And Organizational Skills.
