
Program Coordinator, Civil Litigation Clinic

- Develop and implement programs and initiatives that promote access to justice and advocate for marginalized communities.
- Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Civil Litigation Clinic.
- Collaborate with law students, supervising attorneys, and community partners to provide legal services to underserved individuals and communities.
- Conduct research and analyze data to inform program development and improve services.
- Manage and maintain relationships with community partners, including legal aid organizations and community-based organizations.
- Train and supervise law students in their provision of legal services.
- Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards in the provision of legal services.
- Develop and maintain resources and materials for clients, students, and partners.
- Monitor and track program outcomes and report on progress to stakeholders.
- Represent the Civil Litigation Clinic at community events and meetings.
- Stay informed about current legal issues and trends related to social justice and access to justice.
- Collaborate with other departments and organizations to identify and support opportunities for advocacy and systemic change.
- Manage program budget and resources.
- Promote the Civil Litigation Clinic and its services through outreach and marketing efforts.
- Provide administrative support to the Civil Litigation Clinic, including scheduling, record-keeping, and communication with clients and partners.
Bachelor's Degree In Law, Criminal Justice, Or A Related Field.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Civil Litigation Setting, Preferably In A Clinical Or Legal Aid Environment.
Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Deadlines.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Group Of Stakeholders, Including Students, Faculty, And Legal Professionals.
Knowledge Of Civil Litigation Procedures And Legal Research Methods, As Well As A Commitment To Promoting Access To Justice And Serving Underserved Communities.
