  1. Plan and coordinate various programs and events for the university's student body.
  2. Work closely with other departments and staff members to ensure seamless execution of programs and events.
  3. Develop and maintain a detailed timeline and schedule for all programs and events.
  4. Manage all logistics, including venue reservations, catering, and equipment needs.
  5. Collaborate with student organizations and other stakeholders to ensure their involvement and support in programs and events.
  6. Communicate effectively with students, staff, and external partners to promote programs and events and gather feedback.
  7. Keep track of program budgets and expenses and ensure they are within allocated funds.
  8. Create and distribute promotional materials for programs and events.
  9. Assist in recruiting and training volunteers for programs and events.
  10. Evaluate the success of programs and events and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Stay updated on current trends and best practices in event planning and higher education.
  12. Uphold the university's policies and values in all programs and events.
  13. Provide excellent customer service to all participants and attendees.
  14. Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during programs and events.
  15. Maintain accurate records and reports of all programs and events.
  16. Attend regular meetings and collaborate with other team members to plan and improve programs and events.
  17. Conduct research and surveys to gather feedback and improve future programs and events.
  18. Act as a representative of the university and promote its mission and values.
  19. Assist in other tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications
