  2. Collaborate with the Professional Educator Operations team to develop and implement effective placement strategies.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and organizations to ensure successful placements.
  4. Screen and assess educator applicants to determine their qualifications and compatibility with placement opportunities.
  5. Communicate with educators, schools, and organizations to gather necessary information and provide updates on the placement process.
  6. Maintain accurate records and databases of educator profiles and placement opportunities.
  7. Evaluate placement success and make recommendations for improvements to the placement process.
  8. Stay updated on current trends and developments in the education field to make informed placement decisions.
  9. Provide support and guidance to educators throughout the placement process.
  10. Collaborate with other departments and teams within Arizona State University to ensure a seamless placement experience for educators.
  11. Monitor and track placement metrics to measure the effectiveness of placement strategies.
  12. Serve as a representative of Arizona State University and promote the benefits and opportunities of joining the educator placement program.
  13. Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the placement process.
  14. Continuously improve and streamline processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the placement program.
  15. Report to the Director of Professional Educator Operations and provide regular updates on placement progress and challenges.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Education, Human Resources, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Coordinating Educational Programs Or Placements

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of University Policies And Procedures Related To Student Placements And Internships

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Students, Faculty, And External Partners

  • Strong Organizational Skills And Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.
