  1. Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on all refrigeration systems on campus.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC refrigeration systems.
  3. Perform routine inspections to ensure optimal performance and identify potential problems.
  4. Install new refrigeration systems as needed.
  5. Coordinate with other members of the facilities team to schedule and prioritize maintenance and repairs.
  6. Maintain accurate records of all work completed, including parts used and hours worked.
  7. Respond promptly to emergency calls and address urgent maintenance needs.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in HVAC refrigeration.
  9. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.
  10. Collaborate with contractors and vendors as needed.
  11. Train and mentor junior technicians as necessary.
  12. Communicate effectively with campus community members regarding maintenance and repair schedules.
  13. Keep work area clean and organized.
  14. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency maintenance.
  15. Attend regular team meetings and provide updates on projects and tasks.
  16. Adhere to all university policies and procedures.
  17. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline processes.
  18. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
