- Provide administrative support to executive leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents for executive leadership.
- Coordinate and maintain records, files, and databases related to executive leadership activities.
- Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and other departments, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct research and prepare background information for meetings and presentations.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or challenges, and bring them to the attention of executive leadership.
- Collaborate with other administrative support staff to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by executive leadership.
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries and requests from various stakeholders, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions.
- Stay up-to-date on university policies, procedures, and initiatives to provide accurate and timely information to executive leadership.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of executive leadership operations.
- Represent the university and executive leadership in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In An Executive Administrative Support Role, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With A Diverse Group Of Stakeholders.
Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite And Other Relevant Software Programs.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
