We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as the Assistant Director of California Communications at Arizona State University.   9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets in California to secure coverage for ASU.
  10. Provide leadership and guidance to team members, including setting goals, providing feedback, and facilitating professional development opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Communications, Preferably In Higher Education Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With A Demonstrated Ability To Create Compelling And Effective Messaging.

  • Experience In Managing And Coordinating Projects, Including Developing And Implementing Strategic Communications Plans.

  • Familiarity With California Media Landscape, Including Key Outlets And Influencers, And Experience In Developing And Maintaining Relationships With Media Contacts.
