  1. Lead the design team in creating innovative and cutting-edge architectural concepts for the university campus.
  2. Develop and implement a long-term architectural vision for the university, in line with its mission and goals.
  3. Collaborate with university stakeholders, including students, faculty, and community members, to understand their needs and incorporate them into the design process.
  4. Manage the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  5. Stay updated on current trends and advancements in the field of architecture and design, and incorporate them into the university's projects.
  6. Oversee the selection and coordination of external consultants and contractors.
  7. Ensure all designs meet building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
  8. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the design team, promoting creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support the university's design needs.
  10. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the design team.
  11. Regularly communicate updates and progress on projects to university leadership and stakeholders.
  12. Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions and incorporate sustainable practices into the university's projects.
  13. Monitor and manage project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful project completion.
  14. Act as a representative of the university in professional and community organizations related to architecture and design.
  15. Uphold the university's values of innovation, creativity, and excellence in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of 10 Years Experience As A Licensed Architect, With A Proven Track Record Of Successful Design Projects.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Architectural Design Principles, Building Codes, And Construction Processes.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Architects And Designers.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Faculty, Staff, And Stakeholders.

  • A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Architecture From An Accredited Institution.
