  1. Provide administrative support to the Facilities Management team, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
  2. Maintain and update all facility management documents, including contracts, policies, and procedures.
  3. Monitor and track inventory of office supplies, equipment, and maintenance materials.
  4. Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting for the Facilities Management department.
  5. Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair services for university facilities.
  6. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks and projects.
  7. Manage and maintain a filing system for important documents and records.
  8. Prepare and distribute reports and presentations as needed.
  9. Conduct research and gather information to assist with decision-making and problem-solving.
  10. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures for facility management.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  12. Serve as a point of contact for inquiries and requests related to facilities management.
  13. Participate in team meetings and provide updates on administrative tasks and projects.
  14. Ensure compliance with university policies and regulations related to facilities management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Facilities Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Administrative Support Or Facilities Management, Preferably In A University Or Large Organization Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Facilities Management Principles, Including Maintenance, Repair, And Construction Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Diverse Groups Of Individuals.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience With Database Management And Financial Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle.
