- Provide administrative support to the Facilities Management team, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain and update all facility management documents, including contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and track inventory of office supplies, equipment, and maintenance materials.
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting for the Facilities Management department.

- Manage and maintain a filing system for important documents and records.
- Prepare and distribute reports and presentations as needed.

- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries and requests related to facilities management.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Facilities Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Administrative Support Or Facilities Management, Preferably In A University Or Large Organization Setting.
Knowledge Of Facilities Management Principles, Including Maintenance, Repair, And Construction Processes.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Diverse Groups Of Individuals.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience With Database Management And Financial Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle.
