Stylist

We are currently seeking an experienced and creative Stylist to join the Aritzia team! As a Stylist, you will be responsible for styling customers in the store, helping to create unique and fashionable outfits, and managing the fitting rooms. To be successful in this role, you must have an eye for fashion and a passion for helping customers look their best. Previous experience as a Stylist is preferred. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to connect with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers with styling and selecting the most suitable clothing and accessories for their needs.
2. Create unique and fashionable outfits.
3. Manage the fitting rooms and ensure all customers are comfortable and safe while trying on clothes.
4. Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers.
5. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current fashion trends and styles.
6. Ensure the store is kept clean and organized.
7. Create window displays and in-store displays to attract customers.
8. Handle customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner.
9. Uphold the company’s standards of quality and customer service.
10. Maintain accurate records of customer orders and transactions.
