The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of current fashion trends, an eye for detail, and a passion for creating unique and memorable looks for our customers.If you're a fashion enthusiast who loves helping people feel their best and is excited to join a fun and collaborative work environment, this is the job for you! To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of two years of related experience in retail or styling, be customer service oriented, and have a strong sense of self-motivation. Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers in identifying their fashion needs and finding the right garments to meet their wants and needs.
2. Create unique and memorable looks for customers according to current fashion trends.
3. Provide an exceptional shopping experience through outstanding customer service.
4. Maintain a knowledge of current fashion trends and the Aritzia collection.
5. Achieve sales goals and contribute to store success.
6. Manage the fitting room, organize and restock inventory.
7. Build and maintain positive and professional relationships with customers and staff.
8. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
