Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and responding to their inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner.
2. Help customers find the products they need and make recommendations based on their needs.
3. Assist in merchandising and stocking shelves, racks, and displays with product.
4. Maintain a neat and orderly store environment, and keep merchandise organized and attractively displayed.
5. Process payments and handle cash register operations.
6. Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
7. Participate in team meetings to provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
8. Develop product knowledge to be able to answer customer questions and provide accurate information.
9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
10. Assist in other tasks and duties as assigned.
