Responsibilities of a Store Associate at Aritzia: • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customers have an enjoyable shopping experience • Communicate product knowledge to customers to assist with their inquiries • Maintain a friendly and upbeat attitude towards customers and colleagues • Ensure store shelves are fully stocked and merchandised to company standards • Process payments and handle cash transactions • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays • Follow company policies and procedures • Monitor security within the store • Assist with store operations and other tasks as assigned
