Responsibilities of a Stock Associate: • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their product inquiries • Maintain the visual presentation of the store by ensuring products are properly stocked and displayed • Receive and process shipments in a timely manner • Restock shelves and racks as needed • Maintain store cleanliness and organization • Assist with inventory counts and other related tasks • Assist with customer transactions and returns • Provide excellent customer service and build customer relationships • Follow all company policies and procedures • Adhere to safety regulations and security protocols • Report any incidents or irregularities to the store manager • Work flexible hours and shifts as needed
