To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in retail, as well as knowledge of current fashion trends. Responsibilities:

1. Receive and unpack merchandise shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality of items.
2. Inspect merchandise for any damages, and report any issues to the manager.
3. Stock shelves with merchandise, ensuring accurate placement and presentation.
4. Maintain a clean and organized stockroom.
5. Follow established safety protocols when lifting and moving boxes of up to 30lbs.
6. Assist customers with locating items, offering product advice, and providing exceptional customer service.
7. Utilize knowledge of fashion trends to recommend products to customers.
8. Verify inventory and report any discrepancies to the store manager.
9. Assist with other tasks as assigned by the store manager.
