This individual will be an integral part of our Risk Management team, helping to ensure that our company’s assets and operations are protected from potential losses and that our overall risk profile is managed effectively. The successful candidate will be highly organized, have an eye for detail and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, preferably within the retail industry, and a deep understanding of the principles and practices of managing financial risk. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies for managing financial risks and mitigating potential losses.
2. Monitor and analyze financial and operational data to identify risk trends and areas for improvement.
3. Analyze current risk management processes and procedures and suggest improvements.
4. Develop and review risk management policies and procedures.
5. Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders of all levels.
6. Report on risk management activities on a regular basis.
7. Provide guidance to other departments and personnel on risk management and compliance.
8. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
9. Assist with the development of risk management training materials.
10. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management activities.
