This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who wants to make a difference in the fashion retail industry. As Risk Associate, you’ll be responsible for helping to manage the company’s risk management programs.We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, preferably in a retail environment. You must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Business Administration or a related field, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

1. Manage Aritzia’s risk management programs.
2. Analyze and solve risk management issues.
3. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risk.
4. Monitor and assess Aritzia’s risk exposure.
5. Provide reports on risk management initiatives.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to risk management.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures.
8. Identify potential areas of risk and develop strategies to address them.
9. Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure risk management initiatives are properly implemented.
10. Monitor and review risk management procedures to ensure they are up-to-date.
