Risk Associate

We are looking for an exceptional Risk Associate to join our team at Aritzia. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, detail-oriented professional with a passion for risk management and a desire to contribute to an expanding organization. The Risk Associate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risk associated with the organization’s operations, as well as developing strategies and plans to minimize risk and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, as well as at least three years of experience in a risk management or compliance role. You must also have a comprehensive understanding of risk management principles and processes, and be able to use data analysis to identify risk areas. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively with all levels of an organization. The ideal candidate will also have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, as well as great attention to detail.
