To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, a minimum of two years of risk management experience in a corporate setting, and expertise in fraud management and payment processing. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to reduce fraud and payment processing risks across the company.
  2. Monitor customer data to identify potential fraud and payment processing risks.
  3. Monitor and evaluate current risk management practices and recommend changes to improve effectiveness.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with established risk management policies and procedures.
  5. Research and analyze new risk management trends and technologies.
  6. Develop and enforce risk management protocols and procedures.
  7. Prepare reports and presentations on risk management activities.
  8. Provide risk management training to staff and other stakeholders.
  9. Stay up-to-date on current risk management laws and regulations.
  10. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints relating to risk management.
