Responsibilities:

1. Manage risk and compliance programs, policies, and procedures related to retail and customer service operations.
2. Analyze data and trends to identify potential risks and develop and implement strategies to mitigate these risks.
3. Develop and maintain risk assessment programs to identify areas of concern.
4. Monitor adherence to risk and compliance standards and regulations.
5. Investigate and resolve customer complaints or difficulties with transactions, products, policies, and procedures.
6. Prepare reports and presentations related to risk and compliance issues.
7. Create and maintain up-to-date records of risk-related activities.
8. Provide guidance and support to staff on risk and compliance issues.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
10. Participate in industry-wide meetings and conferences related to risk and compliance.
