In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, give expert fashion advice, and help customers find the perfect outfit. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Give expert fashion advice and help customers find the perfect outfit.
  3. Maintain a strong knowledge of current fashion trends and the Aritzia product range.
  4. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  6. Stay organized and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
  8. Represent the Aritzia brand values in a positive and engaging manner.
