Job Description

Aritzia is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Style Advisor to join our team in our retail stores. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and helping customers find the perfect style for their individual tastes.The ideal candidate for this position will have an eye for fashion, a passion for providing excellent customer service, and a strong desire to learn and stay up-to-date on the latest trends. If you are a fashion-forward individual with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence, then we want to hear from you!Qualifications include:• Previous experience in a customer service role is an asset• Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service• Knowledge of fashion trends and current styles• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customers• Strong interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills• Enjoys working independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide helpful styling advice and product recommendations.
  3. Process customer payments in an accurate and timely manner.
  4. Maintain a neat and organized sales floor, including stocking shelves and folding clothes.
  5. Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and styles.
  6. Assist with merchandising and visual display of products.
  7. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  8. Provide excellent customer service to maintain customer satisfaction.
  9. Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner.
  10. Handle multiple customers and tasks concurrently.
