In this role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer service experience to each client, ensuring their needs are met and their questions answered. You will also be responsible for providing product knowledge, promoting loyalty programs and ensuring overall client satisfaction.You must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a retail environment, and a deep understanding of the apparel industry. You must be highly organized, self-motivated and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to each client, ensuring their needs are met and their questions answered.
