We are currently looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Service Advisor to join our Retail Stores team. We’re looking for someone who’s enthusiastic about customer service, and has the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate a commitment to providing an excellent customer experience, as well as a passion for fashion. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong interpersonal skills, and a flexible attitude to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment.Required qualifications for this role include:• A minimum of two years’ experience in a customer service role• A passion for fashion and knowledge of current trends• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team oriented environment• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service• Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple tasks• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a strong customer service presence in the retail store

• Engage customers to create a positive and memorable shopping experience

• Provide knowledgeable fashion advice regarding current trends

• Effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints

• Ensure customer satisfaction, and seek out opportunities to exceed expectations

• Ensure accuracy in all transactions and paperwork

• Maintain a thorough understanding of the merchandise selection and pricing

• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store

• Assist in training and developing new and existing employees

• Work closely with the store team to ensure the store is meeting and exceeding goals

• Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required
