Retail Stores - Service Advisor

The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong interpersonal skills, and a flexible attitude to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment.Required qualifications for this role include:• A minimum of two years’ experience in a customer service role• A passion for fashion and knowledge of current trends• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team oriented environment• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service• Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple tasks• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a strong customer service presence in the retail store

• Engage customers to create a positive and memorable shopping experience

• Provide knowledgeable fashion advice regarding current trends

• Effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints

• Ensure customer satisfaction, and seek out opportunities to exceed expectations

• Ensure accuracy in all transactions and paperwork

• Maintain a thorough understanding of the merchandise selection and pricing

• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store

• Assist in training and developing new and existing employees

• Work closely with the store team to ensure the store is meeting and exceeding goals

• Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required
