Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate records of inventory and merchandise management.
2. Ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods and replenishment of stock.
3. Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance.
4. Monitor inventory levels and respond to stock needs in a timely manner.
5. Assist customers with product selections and provide information about product features and benefits.
6. Organize and manage store shelves to ensure products are displayed correctly and attractively.
7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously.
8. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
9. Monitor store security and take appropriate action when necessary.
10. Assist with store merchandising and promotional activities.
