3. Maintain store merchandise standards and organization, including physical floor layout and visual presentation.
4. Build and maintain relationships with vendors and customers.
5. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
6. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Assist in training and developing new team members.
8. Maintain knowledge of current trends and new products.
9. Monitor stock levels for re-ordering.
10. Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
