Retail Stores - Inventory Associate

As a team member, you will be responsible for ensuring that every item is accurately tracked, managed, and inventoried while providing an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for all products in store.
2. Receive and process incoming stock and shipments.
3. Monitor stock levels and alert management of any discrepancies.
4. Assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise.
5. Operate a cash register to process payments.
6. Assist in organizing product displays and sales promotions.
7. Ensure store is neat and organized at all times.
8. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
9. Follow all store policies and procedures.
10. Lift boxes and other items up to 25 lbs.
11. Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
