Loss Prevention Associate

Responsibilities:

• Monitor customer and staff activity in the store to detect shoplifting, theft, and other security risks
• Assist in conducting investigations into alleged theft or other security-related incidents
• Ensure compliance with all loss prevention policies and procedures
• Proactively identify areas of risk and implement strategies to reduce shrinkage
• Maintain a professional and friendly environment for customers and staff
• Assist management in developing and implementing loss prevention plans and tools
• Keep up to date on all security-related technology and equipment
• Remain alert and observant at all times
• Complete all necessary paperwork and reports in a timely manner
