Loss Prevention Associate

We’re looking for an experienced Loss Prevention Associate to join the Aritzia team! As an integral part of our company, the Loss Prevention Associate will play a key role in ensuring the safety of our retail locations. This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and assess security threats in our retail locations.
2. Maintain surveillance systems and other security systems to deter theft.
3. Provide customer service to all customers in a friendly, professional manner.
4. Investigate suspicious activity and take appropriate action.
5. Record and document any instances of theft.
6. Develop and implement security protocols and policies to ensure the safety of the retail locations.
7. Train staff on retail safety protocols and security systems.
8. Communicate effectively with store management and other staff.
9. Remain up to date on loss prevention trends and technologies.
10. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
