Loss Prevention Associate

As an integral part of our Loss Prevention team, the Loss Prevention Associate at Aritzia plays a critical role in ensuring our customers and staff are safe and secure. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor store activity for any suspicious behavior or theft.
2. Respond to safety and security concerns of customers and staff.
3. Provide assistance to store personnel in resolving loss prevention issues.
4. Utilize surveillance equipment and other technology to identify potential incidents of theft or fraud.
5. Maintain records of all incidents and investigations.
6. Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff.
7. Work closely with store management to develop and implement loss prevention strategies.
8. Train store personnel on loss prevention policies and procedures.
9. Investigate and document any theft or fraud incidents.
10. Respond to and investigate customer complaints.
