Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement loss prevention strategies to reduce shrinkage and maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and associates.
  2. Monitor areas of the store for suspicious behavior, theft, or policy violations.
  3. Investigate losses and identify any areas of vulnerability.
  4. Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  5. Maintain a neat and organized work area.
  6. Work collaboratively with store management and corporate loss prevention personnel.
  7. Prepare and maintain accurate reports on any incidents or investigations conducted.
  8. Train and educate associates on loss prevention procedures and policies.
  9. Assist with store audits and inventory counts.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
