Responsibilities:

1. Monitor customers and potential security threats in the retail environment.
2. Execute investigations related to safety and security incidents.
3. Provide support to the Loss Prevention team.
4. Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanour at all times.
5. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer service issues.
6. Ensure that store policies and procedures are followed.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with store personnel and customers.
8. Proactively identify potential security threats and take appropriate action.
9. Document and report all incidents that occur on the sales floor.
10. Complete daily loss prevention reports and activities.
