Responsibilities:

• Monitor and observe customers for suspicious activity
• Enforce store policy and safety regulations
• Respond to customer service inquiries in a professional manner
• Investigate instances of theft or fraud
• Coordinate with store personnel to ensure the security of the premises
• Determine the best methods for security and safety
• Perform security checks of employees and customers
• Assist with the implementation and monitoring of security systems
• Maintain accurate logs of security incidents
• Assist in the training of new Loss Prevention Associates
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations
