Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated HR Coordinator to join the HR team at Aritzia. As the HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of HR services in support of the company’s operations. You will be a valuable partner to the HR team, providing comprehensive HR support to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of HR initiatives. To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a passion for human resources. If this sounds like the perfect fit for you, we want to hear from you!Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related role • Proficiency with MS Office and HR software • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and other HR processes.
  2. Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives.
  3. Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
  4. Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
  5. Prepare and update job descriptions.
  6. Coordinate employee performance reviews.
  7. Assist with recruitment efforts.
  8. Administer employee benefits plans.
  9. Coordinate employee training and development activities.
  10. Handle employee relations issues.
  11. Monitor and analyze HR metrics.
  12. Address employee inquiries and complaints.
  13. Assist in developing and maintaining HR budgets.
  14. Represent the company at job fairs and other recruitment events.
