Job Description

We’re excited to be searching for an HR Coordinator to join the Human Resources Team at Aritzia. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure the day-to-day HR operations are running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be the go-to person for all HR-related matters and will play a critical role in helping us to meet our organizational goals.To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role, along with a post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. You’ll also need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be highly organized and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is passionate about HR and excited to join a fast-paced and dynamic organization. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the day-to-day HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  2. Serve as the go-to person for all HR-related matters.
  3. Help the organization meet its goals.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
  5. Handle employee inquiries and complaints.
  6. Maintain and update employee records.
  7. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
  8. Monitor and review HR policies and procedures.
  9. Prepare and submit reports to management.
  10. Assist with payroll processing.
