Job Description

As our HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department in a timely and accurate manner while upholding the company’s values and mission. Minimum Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 3+ years of HR administrative experience • Proven experience working with HR systems and databases• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Fluency in multiple languages is an asset

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
  3. Create and maintain employee records in HR systems and databases.
  4. Maintain confidentiality of all employee data and files.
  5. Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, and conducting initial interviews.
  6. Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees and external vendors.
  7. Manage payroll and benefits administration.
  8. Process employment documentation, such as contracts and offer letters.
  9. Assist with the onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  10. Manage employee relations issues and coordinate the resolution of conflicts.
  11. Respond to employee inquiries and provide advice regarding policies and procedures.
  12. Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs to promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
  13. Monitor employee performance and attendance records.
  14. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create reports and presentations.
  15. Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
