Minimum Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 3+ years of HR administrative experience • Proven experience working with HR systems and databases• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Fluency in multiple languages is an asset
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Create and maintain employee records in HR systems and databases.
- Maintain confidentiality of all employee data and files.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, and conducting initial interviews.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees and external vendors.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration.
- Process employment documentation, such as contracts and offer letters.
- Assist with the onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Manage employee relations issues and coordinate the resolution of conflicts.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide advice regarding policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs to promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Monitor employee performance and attendance records.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create reports and presentations.
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
