Job Description

Aritzia is looking for a passionate, motivated and organized HR Coordinator to join our team in Vancouver. Our ideal candidate will have a dedicated, can-do attitude and a strong knowledge of HR processes and procedures. Our HR Coordinator will provide support to the HR team and must have the ability to prioritize and multitask while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.To be successful as an HR Coordinator at Aritzia, you must have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a general HR role, a diploma or degree in Human Resources, and a demonstrated understanding of provincial and federal HR legislation. Our HR Coordinator must be an approachable, highly organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you have a passion for HR and a strong ability to work collaboratively and independently, you could be the perfect fit for our team!

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the HR team.
  2. Maintain all employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  3. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, such as job postings, interviews, background checks, and new hire orientation.
  4. Develop and implement HR programs, policies, and procedures.
  5. Manage employee relations issues and act as a point of contact for employees.
  6. Monitor and evaluate HR systems and processes.
  7. Handle employee inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Develop and maintain effective relationships with external partners.
  9. Ensure compliance with provincial and federal HR legislation.
  10. Prepare reports and other documents related to HR activities.
