Job Description

At Aritzia, we're looking for an HR Coordinator who can provide a high level of administrative and operational support to our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and a commitment to helping our team succeed in delivering exceptional HR services. We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and a great communicator with a natural ability to think proactively and manage multiple tasks.To be successful in this role, the candidate should be knowledgeable of HR practices and procedures and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. The candidate should also have a degree in Human Resources or a related field. Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail are also essential.If you're a self-starter with a strong work ethic, an appreciation for diversity, and a desire to help our organization reach its goals, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team.
  2. Be knowledgeable of HR practices and procedures.
  3. Communicate effectively with the HR team and other stakeholders.
  4. Proactively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads.
  5. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  6. Provide support in conducting regular HR audits.
  7. Assist in the recruitment process, onboarding of new employees, and other related activities.
  8. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  9. Participate in employee development and training initiatives.
  10. Monitor and analyze HR metrics and report on key trends.
