Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and communicative HR Coordinator to join our HR team and help support our everyday operations. Our ideal candidate has an understanding of HR policies, procedures, and practices, as well as a customer-service mindset. If you have a knack for problem solving and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications: a degree in Human Resources or a related field; experience in an administrative, customer service, or HR role; demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism; excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; strong organizational and multitasking skills; and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR databases.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR team, including onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  2. Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are followed.
  3. Maintain confidential employee records and personnel files.
  4. Provide customer service to internal stakeholders, including responding to inquiries and resolving employee issues.
  5. Process employee paperwork and forms, such as leave of absences and benefits enrollments.
  6. Manage and update HR databases and systems, including payroll, attendance, and performance management.
  7. Compile and analyze HR data and metrics to support HR decisions.
  8. Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs.
  9. Participate in recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
  10. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
