Job Description

At Aritzia, we are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Experience Associate to join our team. Our ideal candidate is passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience and eager to contribute to the success of our store.The successful candidate must possess a welcoming and friendly attitude with strong communication skills. They should also be able to work well with a team and independently to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.We are looking for a candidate who is driven, reliable, organized and has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience is considered a strong asset.In this role, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with our customers and assist them with their shopping needs. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers who visit the store.
  2. Maintain a welcoming and friendly attitude with strong communication skills.
  3. Work independently and as part of a team to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  4. Build relationships with customers and assist them with their shopping needs.
  5. Stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Stay up-to-date with store policies and procedures.
  7. Utilize knowledge of store products and services to build customer loyalty.
  8. Monitor customer feedback and take action to ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Drive store sales and meet key performance indicators.
  10. Provide an efficient and accurate checkout process.
