Are you a natural problem-solver with an eye for detail and a passion for providing exceptional customer service? Aritzia is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join our team! As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be the face of Aritzia, responsible for delivering remarkable customer service, offering product knowledge, managing customer inquiries, and upholding our high standards of excellence in service.The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of one year of customer service experience in a retail setting, with a demonstrated understanding of customer service best practices. You will also have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who loves fashion, is passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience, and is motivated to help drive sales and increase customer loyalty. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all Aritzia customers.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Offer product knowledge and assist customers in finding the right product for their needs.
  4. Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude in all customer interactions.
  5. Upsell products and services to increase customer loyalty and sales.
  6. Manage customer complaints and provide solutions to resolve any issues.
  7. Ensure customers receive a positive, memorable experience with Aritzia.
  8. Follow company policies and procedures related to customer service.
  9. Monitor customer feedback and provide insights to management.
  10. Track customer interactions and maintain customer records.
