Responsibilities: • Assist customers with inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner • Provide customers with accurate information about Aritzia products and services • Monitor customer interactions, feedback, and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction • Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor at all times • Ensure an outstanding customer experience by exceeding expectations • Multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Proactively identify areas of improvement to enhance customer experience • Act as a brand ambassador for Aritzia, ensuring a positive customer experience
