Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Customer Experience Associate to join Aritzia! Our ideal candidate is highly motivated, friendly, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for creating a positive and memorable shopping experience for our customers.To be successful in this role, you must have a friendly and outgoing personality, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. A strong understanding of the Aritzia brand and products is essential, and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction is a must. Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate product information, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  3. Process transactions quickly and accurately.
  4. Assist customers in selecting the perfect items for their needs.
  5. Upsell products and services when appropriate.
  6. Provide excellent customer service by following up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their purchases.
  7. Seek out feedback from customers and use it to improve the customer experience.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  9. Stay up to date on Aritzia’s product line and industry trends.
  10. Create a positive and memorable shopping experience for customers.
