Job Description

We’re looking for an exceptional Customer Experience Associate to join our team at Aritzia! This individual will be an incredible advocate for our brand and will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. We’re looking for someone who loves fashion, building relationships with customers, and possesses the energy and drive to help us deliver an amazing shopping experience.Qualifications:-Previous customer service experience-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-Strong problem-solving skills-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment-Passion for fashion and customer service-Ability to stand for long periods of time-Flexible availability-Strong organizational skills-Ability to lift up to 25 lbs-Previous retail experience is an asset

Responsibilities: -Provide exceptional customer service to customers in-store and over the phone -Nurture relationships with customers to foster loyalty to the Aritzia brand -Listen to customer needs and provide solutions accordingly -Troubleshoot customer inquiries with strong problem-solving skills -Maintain a fast-paced and organized work environment -Assist customers in finding the best product to meet their needs -Stay up to date on the latest products and fashion trends -Accurately process payments, returns, and exchanges -Lift and carry items up to 25 lbs as needed -Ensure customer satisfaction is met at all times
